Barley Noodle Rice ( TURKEY)



  • 5 cups barley noodle
  • 1/2 tablet of chicken stock
  • 2.5 tablespoons of oil


First, put the oil in the pan and wait for it to heat up, then fry half a glass of barley noodle in oil.

When the noodle is browned, add the remaining 1 glass of noodle, but be careful that the last noodle you add to the pot does not brown as much as the first noodle.

After roasting the noodle , add the water and the broth tablet on it and cook it on low heat until it absorbs the water.

After the water is drawn, cover the pot with a cloth and wait for it to brew.
