Zucchini and carrot omelet



  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Zucchini and carrots are grated. First, carrots and then zucchini are sautéed in olive oil.

Eggs are broken into a bowl and whisked. Add the zucchini and carrots, add the spices and return to the hot pan.

Omelet is cooked well, cheese is put in the middle if desired and served.
