Vegan Soy Milk
- ½ cup soybeans
- 2-3 glasses of water (for soaking)
- 4 glasses of water (for making milk)
- Honey or sugar (optional)
- Soak soybeans in 2-3 glasses of water for 12-14 hours.
Drain and rinse the water.
Take soy beans in blender and add water to it.
Blend in a blender, adding optional sugar.
Strain through fine cheesecloth and store in glass bottles in the refrigerator.
