Vegan Soy Milk


  • ½ cup soybeans
  • 2-3 glasses of water (for soaking)
  • 4 glasses of water (for making milk)
  • Honey or sugar (optional)
  • Soak soybeans in 2-3 glasses of water for 12-14 hours.
 Drain and rinse the water.
Take soy beans in blender and add water to it.
Blend in a blender, adding optional sugar.
Strain through fine cheesecloth and store in glass bottles in the refrigerator.
