  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of flour
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • salt, pepper
for puree
  • 4 celery
  • 3 potatoes

After peeling and slicing the carrots, cut them with a shaped mold. Chop the onion and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Add the meat and sauté for a few minutes. Add the broccoli, carrot and chopped celery stalks. Add hot water and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Add water if necessary. Dissolve the flour in water and add it to the food. Season with salt, pepper and cook for a few more minutes, then remove from the heat. Spread the celery puree on the plate. Add the meat mixture and serve hot.
