Salade Aveyronnaise (France)



This classic southwestern French salad is made with bacon and roquefort cheese as its main ingredients. Other ingredients include garlic, basil, and baby spinach or other salad leaves. The salad is prepared and served with a vinaigrette based on cherry vinegar and mild olive oil.
