Keto Raspberry Mousse



  • 0,22 lbs Mascarpone cheese,
  • 0,22 lbs of fresh cream,
  • 0,196 lbs frozen raspberries,
  • Water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Put the frozen raspberries in a blender, add enough water to cover and blend.
In a bowl, mix Mascarpone cheese, fresh cream and vanilla extract with a whisk or electric mixer.
Add the raspberries and mix again.
