  • 0,33 lbs lean ground beef
  • Salt
  • enough water
For internal filling
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 0,55 lbs minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Half a glass of crushed walnuts
  • For the garlic sauce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 hot chili peppers
  • 2 hot dried peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of grape vinegar
  • Salt
Knead the bulgur together with the lean ground beef in a bowl. Add the salt. While kneading, dip your hand in water from time to time and knead the meatballs until they have a paste-like consistency. To prepare the stuffing, chop the onions and sauté them in butter. Add the minced meat and fry until the water is absorbed. When the color starts to turn slightly, add the crushed walnuts and spices. Tear off walnut-sized pieces from the meatball dough. After rolling with your hand, open the middle of the meatballs with your index finger. Place the inner mortar you prepared inside and close it. Boil the water in the pot. Boil the meatballs you prepared and for 15-20 minutes.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL
