Beetroot and Apple Spinach Salad (ITALY)


  • 2 medium beets
  • 8-10 walnuts
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

After boiling the beets, slice thinly in half moon shapes. Roast the walnuts in a pan. Slice the apple thinly enough to appear transparent in a half-moon shape. In a salad bowl, add apples, walnuts, and beets to the spinach. Mix lemon, oil and salt for the dressing and pour it into the salad when you consume it.
