Stuffed Onions with Mozzarella Cheese (ITALY)
- onions - 2 - 3 pcs.
- mozzarella
For the pane:
- eggs - 2 - 3 pieces
- Flour
- bread crumbs (breadcrumbs)
Peel the onions, wash and cut into wide rings. Remove the
first and third wheel, then the second and fourth wheel. It must be grouped so
that the mozzarella can be placed in the middle.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into strips as wide as an onion.
Take the first ring and put the third ring inside. Place the
mozzarella strips between them. Place all the casters in a pan and let them freeze
briefly in the freezer.
Beat the eggs with a wire. Place the egg and breadcrumbs on
two separate, separate plates.
Take the onion out of the freezer. Dip first in flour, then
in egg, breadcrumbs, egg and again breadcrumbs.
Fry in very hot oil.
Decorate as you wish.
