Stuffed Avocado with Australian Sauce



  • avocado - 2 pcs

For sauce:

  • mayonnaise - 1 pc
  • cooking cream - 1/2 cup
  • parsley
  • dijon mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
  • shallots - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - pinch, ground
  • sea ​​salt - 1 pinch
  • capers - 1 and 1/2 tablespoons, crushed
  • celery seeds - 1/4 teaspoon, ground

Finely chop some parsley and shallot.

Crush a clove of garlic.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and refrigerate for an hour.

Cut the avocado in half and remove the core.

Top the avocado with the sauce and serve.
