RED PEPPERS WITH CHEESE AND WALNUT FILLING (TURKEY)

  • 6 small red peppers
  • enough water
  • 1 cup of curd cheese
  • ½ cup coarsely ground walnuts
  • Half a bunch of dill, salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Topping: 3 tablespoons of ground walnuts

  • Pomegranate syrup, 2 sprigs of dill

Clean the red peppers and boil them in water to which you add salt. Remove from the water and allow to cool. Then cut the top diagonally. On the other hand, take the curd in a bowl and add walnuts, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper to it and mix. Divide the prepared filling into the peppers. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top. Drizzle with pomegranate syrup, garnish with dill, and serve.
