Marinera Murciana (Spain)

Marinera murciana is a traditional Spanish tapas from the Murcia region. Usually rosquilla buns are made with a combination of potatoes, eggs, tuna, anchovies, mayonnaise, carrots, and beans. Potatoes are boiled and cut into pieces, then mixed with hard-boiled eggs, tuna, carrots, beans and mayonnaise.

Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about an hour (on the side where the ends of the rosquilla meet, otherwise it will fall apart) before spooning onto the end of a rosquilla bun. Finally, the anchovies (whole or sliced) are placed on top of the salad and you're ready to enjoy this classic tapa.

While potatoes may or may not be peeled depending on personal preference, it's important to choose a crispy rosquilla for this tapa.
