KiwiBurger (New Zealand)
Kiwiburger, created by McDonald's
franchise and added to the national menu in 1991, is a specially designed
hamburger consisting of 0,24 lbs beef patty, fried egg, beetroot, tomato, lettuce,
cheese, onion, mustard and ketchup sandwiched on toasted bread.
The burger was an idea by
franchise owner Bryan Old and was delayed multiple times before being released
in 2011. Although created by McDonald's, it can now be found in burger joints
nationwide.
