Gluten-Free Healthy Breakfast


  • buckwheat - pressed
  • pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoons, raw peeled
  • walnuts - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • almonds - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • dried red blueberries - 1 tablespoon
  • raisins - 1 tablespoon
  • apple - 1 pc
  • blueberries - 2 tablespoons, fresh
  • cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Soak walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds in water overnight.

Add the desired amount of pressed buckwheat to warm water, until you get a smooth porridge.

Slice or grate the apple, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything.
