Gluten-Free Healthy Breakfast
- buckwheat - pressed
- pumpkin seeds - 2 tablespoons, raw peeled
- walnuts - 3 - 4 pcs.
- almonds - 3 - 4 pcs.
- dried red blueberries - 1 tablespoon
- raisins - 1 tablespoon
- apple - 1 pc
- blueberries - 2 tablespoons, fresh
- cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
Soak walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds in water overnight.
Add the desired amount of pressed buckwheat to warm water,
until you get a smooth porridge.
Slice or grate the apple, add the remaining ingredients and
mix everything.
