Cold Raspberry Punch With Champagne


  • champagne - 16,90 oz
  • raspberries - 0,44 lb 
  • ice - 20 cubes
  • raspberry juice - 67,62 oz
  • raspberry liqueur - 0,11 lb
  • lime - ½, rind
  • lemon balm - fresh leaf

Put raspberries in ice trays and freeze.

Pour raspberry juice and champagne into a suitable container.

Grate the lemon zest and add the raspberry liqueur.

Add the raspberry ice cubes and stir before serving.

serve cold
