Cold Raspberry Punch With Champagne
- champagne - 16,90 oz
- raspberries - 0,44 lb
- ice - 20 cubes
- raspberry juice - 67,62 oz
- raspberry liqueur - 0,11 lb
- lime - ½, rind
- lemon balm - fresh leaf
Put raspberries in ice trays and freeze.
Pour raspberry juice and champagne into a suitable
container.
Grate the lemon zest and add the raspberry liqueur.
Add the raspberry ice cubes and stir before serving.
