Beef Fricasé (FRANCE)
- veal – 1,1 lb
- margarine - 3 tablespoons
- onion - 1 pc
- flour - 2 tablespoons
- lemon juice
- basil
Boil the meat in slightly salted water and, after cooling,
cut into equal parts.
Fry the onion and flour in the margarine, add the broth, add
the meat and bring to a boil again.
Season with salt, lemon juice and basil.
