Wakame Udon (JAPAN)
Wakame udon is a traditional Japanese noodle dish. The
simple dish is prepared with your choice of toppings such as udon noodles,
dashi broth, tsuyu sauce and wakame seaweed, as well as dried bonito, fish
cakes, and chopped scallions.
Dried wakame seaweed is soaked, then used as a topping for
thick udon noodles served with dashi broth in a bowl. The dish is garnished
with other sauces before serving.
