Chocolate Waterfall (TURKEY)
- 0,22 lb Dark Chocolate
- 0,22 lb Chocolate
- 1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
- 0,22 lb Butter
- 1 Tea glass of Flour
- 3 eggs

Melt the butter in a saucepan,
break the chocolate into it and mix it to melt it. Put the eggs and sugar in a
deep bowl and beat with a mixer. After whisking for 2-3 minutes, add the flour
slowly and continue whisking. After the flour and egg mixture is thoroughly
mixed, add the chocolate mixture and whisk all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes
until a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into the souffle molds. Bake in
an oven preheated to 392 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool for 6-7 minutes and
serve with cream or ice cream.
