Chicken Spanish Salad


  • 1 Pack of Mediterranean Greens
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Branches of Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Piece Chicken Breast

For Sauce

  • 4 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Wash and drain the greens well. Cut the chicken breast long and thin and put it in the pan and cook it until it releases its water.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the chicken. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Take the chicken out of the pan. Place the greens on the salad plate.

Put the fried chicken on the greens.

Whisk the olive oil and vinegar, drizzle over the salad and serve.
