Açorda de Camarão - Shellfish tortilla soup (Portugal)


Similar to traditional shellfish tortilla soup, Açorda de camarão is prepared only with shrimps. Delicious seafood bread is combined with sautéed onions, cooked shrimp and olive oil to form a creamy puree thickened with eggs and generously flavored with cilantro.

The soup is typically garnished with shell prawns and is recommended to be served hot and fresh.
