HOMEMADE SALAMI, HOT PEPPER PIZZA


FOR THE DOUGH

  • 0,011 lb of wet yeast
  • 2028 oz of water
  • 2,2 lb of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

FOR THE SAUCE

  • 0,88 lb of grated tomatoes
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • Half a cup of coffee with olive oil

  • 0,52 lb of spicy beef salami
  • 1,1 lb of mozzarella cheese
  • Half a hot red pepper
  • 1.5 Cups of Turkish coffee with olive oil

Mix all the ingredients needed for the sauce in a bowl. For the dough, mix the yeast with water at room temperature. Add the flour. knead for 5 minutes and add salt. Continue kneading until you get an elastic and smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to swell for 40 minutes. Divide the dough into 0,48 lb grams of meringues. Cover it and let it rest for 6-8 hours at room temperature until it doubles. roll out 1 piece of cloth with a diameter of 11,02 inc, occasionally flouring it and decanting it with your hands. Place it on a baking sheet and spread 1/4 of the sauce on it. Bake in a preheated to 542 degrees oven for 10 minutes. Put the salami, cheese, pepper on it, put it back in the oven and cook for another 3 minutes. Prepare the remaining meringues in the same way. Sprinkle them with olive oil and serve hot.
