Enchiladas de Camaron (Mexico)



Enchiladas de camaron is a popular variety of Mexican enchiladas that consists of fried tortillas stuffed with shrimp and a variety of toppings such as corn, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro. It is especially popular in the North Pacific and Gulf regions of Mexico and is recommended to be served garnished with crema Mexicana, avocado slices and grated cheese.
