CARPACCIO DI GAMBERI ROSSI E STRACCIATELLA (ITALY)


  • 5 red sugar shrimp
  • 0,066 lb Stracciatella cheese
  • lemon zest
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • edible flower

Remove the shrimp from their shells and clean them, or you can use peeled shrimp. Put the cleaned shrimp between the cling film and press it lightly with the help of a flat material, so that it takes a round form. Season it with sea salt, lemon peels and extra virgin olive oil. Finally, put the Stracciatella cheese in the shape of a half moon.
