Souffle in an Orange Bowl

  •  2 Pieces of Orange
  •  150 Grams Chocolate
  •  2 eggs
  •  3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  •  1/2 Tablespoon Cocoa
  •  1 1/2 Tablespoons of Butter
  •  1 pinch of Salt

Take a tablespoon of butter and chocolate in a bowl, melt them in a bain-marie and set aside to cool.

Cut your oranges in half in a bowl-like shape and remove the fruit inside without breaking the peel.

Grease the orange peels with the remaining half spoon of butter and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar into the peels.

Separate the yolks of the eggs, add the granulated sugar and cocoa and mix.

Then add the chocolate and mix again.

Add salt to the egg white and whisk until it becomes meringue.

Add the meringue you have prepared to the chocolate mixture in 3 parts and mix it by drawing circles from bottom to top without extinguishing the meringue.

After your mixture is homogeneously mixed, divide it into the orange peels.

Bake in a preheated 352 degrees oven for 13 minutes.

You can serve it by decorating it with cream or powdered sugar.
