CHICKEN WITH SOY SAUCE AND LEMON


  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon of soybean
  • 2 lemons + 1/2 lemon
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, salt, pepper

Slice 2 of the lemons with their peels into thin circles. Heat the butter in a deep pan. Add soy sauce, honey and lemon slices and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add boneless and skinless chicken and cook, turning both sides until golden brown. Add the juice of the last remaining lemon, salt and pepper, cook for 5-6 minutes until the water evaporates and serve hot.
