Boti Kebab (India)

Boti Kebab, yogurt, garlic, ginger, papaya, and garam masala, chili powder spices such as cumin and soaked in a mixture of pieces of meat (lamb, mutton, chicken or beef) is a variety of Indian kebabs. After marinating, the pieces of meat are perfectly grilled on a skewer, then brushed with ghee.

These kebabs are typically consumed as a snack or starter and are usually accompanied by raw onions, lemon slices, various chutneys or Indian bread next to it. Marinated pieces of meat can be boiled in boiling water before grilling, as an alternative, especially when it comes to lamb or mutton kebabs.
