TUILE (FRANCE)
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of flour (heaped)
- One finger missing from 1 teaspoon of water
- Food coloring with the tip of a teaspoon
Add oil, flour and water into a
bowl and mix.
Add food coloring in the color of
your choice and mix.
Heat a non-stick skillet over
high heat. When the pan is hot, put it on medium heat.
Take a ladle of the stuffing you
prepared and pour it into the pan.
Shake the pan gently for the
first 10 seconds. Then leave it to cook.
Eyes will become eyes as the
tuile cooks. Take the cooked tuile with the help of a spatula and keep it on a
paper towel.
You can cook the remaining mortar
in the same way. Tuile is cooked in 2-3 minutes. Therefore, do not leave it
unattended during cooking.
You can color it by using
turmeric and different herbs instead of food coloring.
You can serve the tuile you prepared
with dishes such as risotto, beef capraccio and desserts.
