Spinach with Creamy Sesame Sauce (TURKEY)
- 0,44 lb spinach
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- A few slices of lightly boiled yellow pepper
- Several cherry tomato slices
The spinach is roasted a little and kept in iced water for a
short time. The water is squeezed. A tablespoonful is placed on a plate and
garnished with julienne chopped peppers and tomatoes. Served cold with sesame
sauce.
