Spinach with Creamy Sesame Sauce (TURKEY)


  • 0,44 lb spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • A few slices of lightly boiled yellow pepper
  • Several cherry tomato slices

The spinach is roasted a little and kept in iced water for a short time. The water is squeezed. A tablespoonful is placed on a plate and garnished with julienne chopped peppers and tomatoes. Served cold with sesame sauce.
