Mackerel with Aioli Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2/5 cups of olive oil
  • 5 medium mackerel
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 lemon (for garnishing)
  • 1 bunch of parsley (for decoration)
  • Light the grill and grease it well with olive oil.

First, prepare the aioli sauce. For this, mix the crushed garlic and mayonnaise well with a wire. As a better method, when you start to make mayonnaise, add the beaten garlic when you put egg yolk, mustard and vinegar in the mixing bowl. Then, just like making mayonnaise, pour the olive oil into this material by flowing it like a string.

After cleaning the fish and washing it until the blood is completely gone, leave it to drain. Sift the flour into a bowl large enough to hold the fish. Lightly salt both sides of the fish. Again, dust both sides with flour and shake off the excess flour.

Place the floured fish on the grill. Cover them with the remaining olive oil from time to time with a brush, turn them once and cook for about 6-7 minutes until both sides turn brown.

Melt the butter in a bowl. Brush the melted butter over the grilled mackerel. Garnish the mackerel with lemon and parsley, and serve hot with aioli sauce.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL
