  • 1,1 lb lamb shank
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Start cooking the food by chopping the ingredients, one of the most important points to consider is that they will all be cooked together in the oven, so chop them into larger pieces according to the cooking priority.

After peeling the skins of the onions and potatoes, cut them into 2-3 parts.

In a large bowl, mix olive oil and spices. The ingredients are added and blended.

Preferably, the inside is oiled paper, the outside is aluminum foil, and the materials are added and covered well.

Place it on a baking tray and bake at 352 degrees for about 3 hours.
