Keto Raspberry Porridge


  • 3,38 oz of unsweetened almond milk,
  • 0,066 lb almonds,
  • 0,066 lb of raspberries,
  • 0,044 lb walnuts,
  • 3 teaspoons of chia seeds,
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil,
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg.

For Porridge:

Heat a teaspoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the almonds, sweetener, and chia seeds. Mix well for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add cinnamon and nutmeg at the end of cooking.

Pour 0,34 oz of unsweetened almond milk into a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or a few minutes over the heat. Add the Almond-Chia seed mixture to the bowl.

For the granola:

Cut the raspberries and walnuts into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the two ingredients and add the lemon juice before mixing again.

Add this granola porridge to your bowl. Beware it can be hot!
