Keto Coconut Bread
- 5 eggs,
- 0,132 lb of coconut flour,
- 2,70 oz of coconut oil,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar,
- ½ teaspoon of salt.
Preheat the oven to 428 degrees
Mix the egg with the help of a mixer. Then add baking soda,
salt and apple cider vinegar and mix again.
Pour in the melted coconut oil and continue mixing.
Finally, pour in the coconut flour and mix for 2 to 3
minutes.
Grease a large cake tin with coconut oil or line a baking
sheet and pour the batter into it.
Bake for 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely and cut into
slices.
