Keto Cauliflower Hummus



  • 1 cauliflower,
  • 0,33 lb cashew,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 teaspoon salt,
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
  • ½ cup of water.

First, grate the raw cauliflower.

Mix cashew, olive oil, salt, pepper and water with a mixer until pureed.

Add this puree to the grated cauliflower and mix well. You can add spices of your choice: coriander, mint, basil, chives or parsley.
