  • 3 tomatoes (grated)
  • 7-8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,22 lb goat cheese
  • 0,11 lb sweet curd
  • 1-2 tablespoons of capers
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Rusks

If there is no ready-made rusk, cut the round sandwich bread in half and keep it in the preheated oven at 248 degrees for about 40 minutes until it turns brown and crunchy.

Mash or grate the cheeses with a fork.

Put the tomato grater on the rusks or bread first and spread the cheese mixture you crushed on it.

Then drizzle with olive oil, add the capers and serve after sprinkling thyme, salt and pepper.
