SALMON BURGER
- 0,88 lb Skinless Salmon Fillet
- 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- Frying oil
- 4 Pieces of Sandwich Bread
- Washed, Cleaned Lettuce Cucumber and Tomato Slices
- 4 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon of Cream
Salmon fillets are finely chopped or minced in the machine
provided that they are not very fine. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 4
flat patties. Meatballs are cooked in oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides until
they turn golden.
Sandwich breads are cut in half and fried in a pan, sliced
cucumbers and tomatoes and salmon meatballs are placed inside.
Optionally; Cream cheese and cream can be mixed and a
tablespoon can be added to the salmon patties.
Served with cucumber slices and mini tomatoes.
