SALMON BURGER


  • 0,88 lb Skinless Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • Frying oil
  • 4 Pieces of Sandwich Bread
  • Washed, Cleaned Lettuce Cucumber and Tomato Slices
  • 4 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cream

 

Salmon fillets are finely chopped or minced in the machine provided that they are not very fine. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Form into 4 flat patties. Meatballs are cooked in oil for 2-3 minutes on both sides until they turn golden.

Sandwich breads are cut in half and fried in a pan, sliced ​​ cucumbers and tomatoes and salmon meatballs are placed inside.
