ORANGE SALAD


  • 1 lettuce
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 potato
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 0,35 lbs black grapes
  • 2 coffee spoons of sugar
  • 1 coffee spoon of salt
  • Black pepper, parsley

Wash the lettuce and chop it coarsely. Peel the boiled potatoes and oranges and soak them in lemon juice for 15 minutes. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds, then prepare the salad by mixing the chopped parsley, salt and pepper with the others. Pour the lemon juice in which you put the potatoes and oranges on them. Serve after keeping it in the refrigerator for a while.
