HOMEMADE BISCUIT

  • 1 coffee cup of yogurt
  • 2 cups of melted yogurt
  • 3 coffee cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 coffee spoon of baking soda
  • 2.5 cups of flour

Mix the yoghurt, sugar, melted butter and egg in a deep bowl until the sugar dissolves. Slowly add the flour sifted with baking soda and mix with a spoon to make a very soft dough. Take walnut-sized pieces from this dough and roll it like a ball by hand. Dip one side of each of these dough balls into coarse granulated sugar and sparsely arrange them on a greased tray with the granulated sugar side up. Bake in a medium temperature oven until it turns pink.
