CAESAR SALAD


  • 1/2 baguette sliced ​​bread
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • For sauce:
  • 4 anchovies
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 teaspoon olive oil

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and bread, fry a little and remove from the heat. Wash, drain and chop the lettuce by hand.

 For the sauce: Crush the anchovies, add the other sauce ingredients and mix well with a whisk.

 Take the lettuce in a bowl and mix it with the sauce. Take the lettuce with sauce on the serving plate, add the garlic-roasted bread on it and serve with Parmesan cheese.
